Eric said what can we do to earn your business and he found us a new 2012 Suburban for almost the same price. When we figured how much it would cost to go to Mitchell to pick up that one it was about $120 difference. Eric said he would throw in 4 oil changes so he would be competitive and we wanted to deal locally anyway so went with Rapid Chevy.

He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not pressure us into buying but left the final decision completely up to us. Very calming personality, friendly, down to earth sort of guy.
